Cartis

Order location analytics for Kenyan e-commerce

Know where your orders
actually come from.

Upload your WooCommerce or Shopify export. Cartis cleans the messy Nairobi address data, maps every order to a real delivery area, and shows you where your demand actually is.

No card required. Works with the export you already have.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload your export

The orders CSV or Excel file your store already produces. Cartis detects the format — WooCommerce, WooCommerce Kenya, Shopify or a custom export — and maps the columns for you.

  2. 2

    We clean the addresses

"Rosslyn hill close, off Limuru rd" and "ROSSLYN HILL CL" are the same place. Cartis strips the noise, fixes the spelling and matches each order to a canonical Nairobi area.

  3. 3

    You read the map

Orders and revenue by area, when they arrive, how they pay, and which areas are growing. Anything the matcher wasn't sure about is queued for you to confirm in one click.

What you get

Every view is built from the same cleaned order data.

Areas

Orders and revenue for every Nairobi delivery area, grouped by county, with the outside-Nairobi and pickup orders separated out rather than quietly mixed in.

Timing

When each area orders — morning, afternoon, evening, night — in East Africa Time, so you can staff and dispatch against real demand instead of a guess.

Payments

M-Pesa, card, cash on delivery and bank transfer, split overall and per area, so you can see where COD concentrates before it becomes a cash-collection problem.

Trends

Any date range, across every file you've uploaded, with an honest note when part of the range has no data behind it — a missing upload should never read as a drop in demand.

Delivery runs

A day's orders grouped into a drop sheet by area and zone, so the person actually doing the deliveries gets a route rather than a spreadsheet.

Data quality

How much of your file resolved, what didn't, and why. Corrections you make are remembered, so the same address resolves on its own next time.
